What we collect
We collect only what is needed to answer an inquiry and to remember your cookie preference:
- Inquiry form: the name, email, optional phone number and message you choose to send through the form on /contact/, plus the timestamp of your message.
- Consent preference: a single value (accepted or rejected) stored in your own browser under the key
mfr_consent. This never leaves your device.
We do not collect browsing history, location, device fingerprints, or any analytics data. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking runs on this site.
How inquiry data is sent and stored
The inquiry form posts your message as JSON to a handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry). The message is not sent to any third party. It is used only to read your question and reply by email. We do not sell, rent or share inquiry data.
Purposes and legal basis (PDPA)
Under the PDPA we process your personal data for the specific purpose of responding to your inquiry (PDPA Art. 19 — collection for a specific and legitimate purpose necessary for the performance of a task in which you have an interest). Your consent is given when you submit the form and check the confirmation box. You may withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your message.
Retention
Inquiry messages and our replies are kept for as long as needed to answer the question and for a short period afterwards so we can follow up if you write again, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your message earlier, we do so without delay.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you sent us. You may also withdraw consent and ask us to stop processing. To exercise any of these, write to info@meridian-frame.digital or call +886 2 2794 5168. We will respond within a reasonable time.
No third-party processors
This site has no analytics provider, no advertising network, no tag manager and no third-party fonts or scripts. The only external requests your browser makes are for the self-hosted fonts and images on this domain. Your inquiry does not pass through any third-party service.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of consent in Taiwan. If you believe a child has sent us an inquiry, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated date above will change and the new text will appear on this page. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
